Sheep governing themselves

Another election year and California has put up yet more ballot measures. 12 state and 22 city of San Francisco measures mark the ridiculousness of the measures and their way of running a government. San Francisco has measures A - V, just 4 short of the entire alphabet. It's no wonder elected officials do nothing. They don't have to when legislations are made by ballot measures. I should get a stipend as a citizen for doing the work.
